We are CORA (Communities Organized for Resource Allocation),
a non-profit organization dedicated to creating sustainable programs to help solve global issues centered on hunger, poverty, inequality, and climate change.
CORA Cares is focused on humanitarian projects that allow volunteers to actively participate in addressing the needs of the most vulnerable, especially women and children. Our programs are centered on global issues such as hunger, poverty, inequality and access to education.
Planet CORA‘s missions are dedicated to protecting #LifeBelowWater and #LifeOnLand, and to empowering everyone to take aggressive #ClimateAction for the future of our youth. This includes environmental education plus action, coastal clean-ups, tree planting activities, water rehabilitation programs, solid waste management, school tours, conventions, events for a cause, and so much more.
In the Philippines, volunteerism has had a long, rich, diverse, cultural tradition. Under its many cultural names, guises, and dimensions, volunteerism remains embedded in the tradition of sharing, of helping.
CORA Volunteers creates opportunities for accessible and community-centered projects that anyone, at any age, can easily use as a platform to create change anytime, anywhere via direct action.
Together for the people and the planet.
At the heart of what we do are our amazing volunteers that make everyday miracles possible. We create opportunities for accessible and community-centered projects that anyone, at any age, can easily use as a platform to create change anytime, anywhere via direct action.
“When you try to heal and help others we also heal and help ourselves. If we continuously do this, we are healing the world with our actions of love.”
